Here is a mini review for today.
I am absolutely in love with the Colorbar All Matte Eyeliner.
I can certify the 16 hour stay power claim which the brand makes about this liner. I have tested that numerous times now.
It’s smudge proof and completely matte.
I do wish it was water proof though.
The color is gorgeous and is my favorite.
This liner comes with a soft felt tip applicator which gives the precision of a sketch liner and the ease of a liquid liner.
Retails for Rs.700 and is available in Black, Brown, and Green shade as well.
